Oman Receives First Batch of Typhoon Fighter Jets

Oman has taken delivery of two Eurofighter Typhoon jets.

Following last month’s unveiling, two Eurofighter Typhoon jets have been delivered to Oman.

The two jets had been spotted several days ago taking off for the delivery flight to the Gulf country.

The aircraft then landed at Adam Air Base, a new base that will house all of the country’s Eurofighter Typhoons. Major General Matar bin Ali Al Obaidani, as well as a number of other senior Omani Air Force officials, attended the induction ceremony.

Oman currently has an order for 12 of the fighter jets.
